A WINDHOEK family is mad after a relations was done to distortion on a cold building for hours before he was attended to in a psychoanalysis sentinel during a Windhoek Central Hospital.
Ismael Mbeuserua, who has cancer and mental health problems, was taken to a trickery during about 08h30 on Friday.
